CANCELLATIONS:
We understand busy schedules and different circumstances can not be avoided so we are happy to cancel your appointment with 48hours notice. You may cancel or reschedule your appointments before 48 hours either by using the Vagaro App (white one in the App Store), through the email confirmation you received from us.
LATE POLICY:
If you think you will be late, please call ahead of time or as soon as you know so we can begin to plan on accommodating you and the stylist’s schedule!
The stylist will also call to let you know you if they are late or running behind .
